Our second day at Tourists. This is a picture of me eating my breakfast on the day bed. This place is the best, really.

After breakfast we went and had a coffee on the deck and sat around for a while.
We eventually decided to go to Natural Bridge State Park because we needed to go and see something. It was a small but cool park and we saw squirrels, chipmunks and a family of geese.

Then we went back to Tourists for lunch and a swim in the pool. A late mad dash to Williamstown was a bust after the ice cream shop was cash only and the the ATM in the bank was rendered unusable due to some undesirable activity.
Back at Tourists we caught up with Piper and Brett and exchanged anecdotes about our day.
We decided to go to nearby by State Food for dinner. Vietnamese was on the menu tonight cooked by local chef Tuhle who cooked for us last time we were in town at Tourists.
We got there at 6:30pm only to be told that they were full and could not fit us in. We were sad. We will wait we said. No you can’t they said. We looked at booking app and it said we could book for 7:30, so we did. We sat and waited and waited and waited. Around 7:45 they promised they would let us in and wouldn’t close with out feeding us. Phew. We got in around 8pm and the food did not disappoint. We had delicious pork belly and crispy spring rolls and salad and it was all really good.

We thanked everyone profusely for finding us a table and then headed back to Tourists to hang out and have a drink. We met some more people who had been at Solid Sound so we had a big chat with them also.

I’m gonna miss this crazy place.
