Meringues and icecream

Last Wednesday I decided to fuel my addiction to Coconut Butter by making vanilla icecream, swirled with Nutella and Coconut Butter. Delicious!

   
 This icecream recipe uses 6 egg yolks, so I had a lot of egg whites left over. Not wanting them to go to waste, I decided to make up some Brown Sugar Meringues. 

   
 
As I had spent so much time making desserts today, I kind of ran out of time to make dinner. So I just made some rice with tamagoyaki (egg roll) and a couple of other bits and pieces.
