Last week we ordered some sake from Super Sake. They have a really great range and quite reasonably priced. The delivery arrived yesterday, but we weren’t home to accept it. So after dropping Steve off at the hospital for his surgery, I picked up our sake on the way home from the Parcel pick up place in Bassendean. 

  
After the excitement of putting the sake bottles under the Christmas tree and taking photos of them, today was a long day of waiting to hear from Steve and how his operation went and when he would be allowed to come home.

Not knowing when I would have to head back to the hospital, I had a quick dinner of scrambled eggs, toast and speck for dinner.

  
In the end, Steve had to stay in hospital overnight, which was probably for the best anyway.
