On Christmas Eve I decided it was time to bake. I made two Christmas Stollen (German Christmas fruit cake for those wondering). They take quite a while to make, lots of waiting around for the yeast to rise or whatever. It was the first time making stollen in our oven, so I was a bit concerned how they would turn out. I think I undercooked the first one a little as when I cut in to it, it was still a little doughy on the inside. But the second one was perfect thankfully.
