Sorry for my slackness. First week back at work after 2 weeks holidays. Always a shock to the system.
Monday:
Made a kinda Bolognaise with some leftover mince (from last nights pot stickers) and other random items found in the fridge and/or pantry.
Tuesday:
Crumbed lamb cutlets with salad and baked potatoes
Wednesday:
Vietnamese pork rolls (homemade)
Thursday:
Crispy chicken wings with rice and bok Choy
Friday:
Tuna omelette
